Big Mac Egg Rolls *Super Bowl Recipe* 🏈 I’ve made Big Mac Casseroles, Crunchwraps & Salads and they’ve all be so good! This time, I made Big Mac Egg Rolls and they were fabulous. My 16 yr old came home from softball practice and had some (reheated in the air fryer) and said they were the best thing I’ve ever made. Lol RECIPE - Makes 12 egg rolls INGREDIENTS: 6 Cutdacarb flatbreads 1 lb lean ground beef  1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce  1 tsp onion powder  Dash of salt Dash of black pepper  6 slices of cheddar cheese, halved  Diced pickles (I used 3 whole baby dill pickles) 1 small diced onion Cooking spray  STEPS: 1. In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the ground beef. Drain excess grease.  2. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and onion powder. Remove from heat.  3. Working with just one flatbread at a time, lost it horizontally and then cut it in half. 4. Lay a cheese slice on one end of the flatbread strip.  5. Add on about 1/4 cup of the ground beef, followed by some chopped pickles and onions.  6. Top it with another cheese slice and roll it up by folding in the sides first and then roll tightly.  7. Repeat until you have the desired amount you’re making.  8. Spritz them with cooking spray and then place them into your air fryer seam side down.  9. Air fry at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 & 1/2 minutes.  10. Flip them over, spritz with more cooking spray and then continue air frying for another 2 & 1/2 minutes.  *Dip them in my Sugar Free Thousand Island Dressing.
