As an opponent of DEI I agree nepotism needs to be addressed. I recently had to leave a job due to nepotism and the administration being corrupt as hell. Nepotism is another form of what you guys call “DEI”. Giving unqualified people a nudge when someone with qualifications and better work ethic and a better head on their shoulders are often turned down
