Rates in the future would have to include covering tracking fees. USPS charges the shipper for tracking not the mail carrier.

It’s BS because that five dollars is taken from the rate and the rate is not as it was quoted. Your driver doesn’t need tracking. They require the tracking so they should be paying for it.
