The Supreme Court ruled Trump administration must facilitate the return of the man mistakenly deported to El Sal. The word faciltate is KEY! This ruling replaced a lower courts ruling that the Trump admin had to effectuate his return, which is very different thing them then facilitate it. Facilitate can mean a range of things from offering a flight home if El Salvador agrees to actively negotiate his release. Technically and it does matter Trump is complying with the the courts order.
