Omg I feel this! On my walks, people here in MN typically wave and give a big smile! However, in my neighborhood, if a car drives by my house and I wave, 10/10 I won’t receive a wave back! 🤣😑

We nod or wave. During Covid we passed this unsmiling couple every night ..nothing. We made it our mission. After 10 months, they started waving/smiling and still do 3+ yrs later. We WON 😂😂
