EMS school taught: Get them on the ground and clear everything around them. Don’t stick anything in their mouth in tonic state. Left lateral pos & suction if necessary. And hi flow o2!

I gulped water when I started having seizures. Water helped but after years of seizures I learnt to breathing deep in my nose and slowly out my mouth. That helped me overcome seizures. Drink water!!!
