I follow you on all platforms. Love your tips. Been lifting for 4 years and I have to ask, how do you eat enough protein? I need 145 grams/ day. I finally got up to 100 grams yesterday and I was absolutely miserable all day. It wasn’t all heavy either. Like my calories were still under 2000 easily. I can’t eat that much. Is that something that comes with time? Any suggestions?
