I don't know why this and normal RDLs don't click in my head. but it's so frustrating. I've watched videos, done it with no weights, had people show me, but I've never gotten the form right, and it makes me wanna cry

I follow you on all platforms. Love your tips. Been lifting for 4 years and I have to ask, how do you eat enough protein? I need 145 grams/ day. I finally got up to 100 grams yesterday and I was absolutely miserable all day. It wasn’t all heavy either. Like my calories were still under 2000 easily. I can’t eat that much. Is that something that comes with time? Any suggestions?
