I Sell Rocks :
put Onions down on the bottom, then the meat then the potatoes/veggies. Potatoes/veggies don't take long at all. you want the meat towards the bottom, it takes longer

Made it today, the potatoes taste bland... I would recommend seasoning them even though I did with salt and pepper - it just needed something more. maybe chicken broth? idk
