I worked for Payless for like 6 years and my store closed so got severance for 6 months and didn't need to work, then got hired by another Payless and then they went bankrupt and I got it again 😅

Nice!! Years ago a coworker turned in her notice then the next week everyone got layoff notices. She would have got 3 or 6 months severance plus unemployment with the rest of the team if she held out.
