@the_glam_empress: A little day in the life with one of my fave Lululemon besties ❣️ Since I technically work from home, it’s always refreshing to link up with someone from the same company—it’s giving balance, good convos, and girl time. We hit up Mantra in Midtown Tampa—a killer workout if you’re trying to get stronger, leaner, and more toned. It’s a Lagree-inspired class that uses a Megaformer (think: Pilates on 10) and challenges every inch of your body with slow, controlled movements. Don’t sleep on it if you have one in your area! After class, we kept it clean and cute at True Food Kitchen—my go-to when I want to eat out without compromising how I feel. And y’all already know… if there’s a Sephora nearby, your girl has to stop in. Every location hits just a little different!
