Never had this problem and we have 4 chevys (2 of which more likely to have this problem) but 08/9…324k & 500k not a problem and been easy to work on. Ford design on the other hand 😂😭

The worst vent door actuator is on a 99 Ford Ranger. Second worst 04 Explorer. I've changed both. I hate engineers! 🤬

I had a Cruze that had a similar problem. Cost so much to fix I ended up giving the car away for free! Never buy Chevy again!
