People use that term for one of two things. To either be unnecessarily mean to a girl about her appearance and then preface it by saying I’m just being a girls girl and letting you know. Or they use it to justify a woman’s terrible actions and say I’m a girls girl so she ain’t do no wrong. When I’m actuality being a girls girl just means being pro women while still holding them accountable
