@missoneil: My little brother and I went on a waterfall hike recently! And. I love collecting rocks. Sometimes rocks want to stay where they are. A lot of the time. (Most of the time.) This stone looked nothing like any of the earth or water tumbled materials in and around that area so it really had my intuitive senses going off. Later, while speaking to a local outdoor guide, and showing them pictures - they mentioned that it’s very possible it could be a tool artifact of some kind from the First Nation peoples of that land.
