NTA my mom literally beat me and threw me out at 14 and I was homeless on the street applied for food stamps at 18 found out I was getting survivor benefits the whole time. over 50k gone.

From a legal standpoint it doesn’t matter whose money bought the car, but whose name is on the Title. Still, OPs egg donor is an AH. OP is NTA, they have a need for the car and “mom” is controlling.
