I have the westmore wash and lotion. I have used them both and then applied the product with the brush. I have waited, buffed and yet it still seems to transfer or be “tacky” feeling. I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. I no longer can get in the sun so I’m using this daily. 😭😭😭
