I'm sorry but.... isn't that just not how impacts work? Isn't the whole inner impact assembly rely on the slamming of the inner anvil? The chain just takes all that torque and won't transfer it right?

I got one recently and it works great in places you can't swing the ratchet It saved me alot of effort when I pulled my engine. Removing the bell housing bolts was much easier and quicker.

I’ve never needed one of those things before and I don’t need one now. There’s so much play in that thing. How could an impact even work with it?

I have a couple of those and I am so ready to use them but every time I got to where I thought I needed it I got in with a ratchet anyway😳😳😳😳

not good for breaking bolts..it's only great to unscrew from a tight spot after you have broke it loose

So mine I drilled a hole in the side and put a Zirk fitting so I could grease. It works way better on the chain little bit greasy sometimes but I am a mechanic so I’m always greasy.

from my experience it isnt that great, not thin enough and can usually fit an electric ratchet in the same space
