I didn’t like it in the beginning!! Didn’t feel like a workout at all, now I still do reformer but mat Pilates in my opinion is sooo much harder!!

You should try a level harder Pilates but def try the other classes...but also. I also do weight training too so I'll ask the instructor if how I can go heavier cause sometimes it's just too light

Solidcore is lagree, not Pilates, but absolutely more challenging. Definitely try a more advanced class. If you can find a studio with a tower reformer you may be more challenged.

definitely try lagree or hot mat pilates!!! typical reformer pilates can feel a bit more basic, depending where you go!
