There’s a huge amount of missing details in this post. Yes the man was mistakenly deported, but he was sent to be deported years ago and was protected by policies that no longer exists today. We did not send him to this prison. We sent him to Guatemala, the only South American country at the moment accepting deportees, from there, the Guatemala government put him in this prison.

Its embarrassing that he's STILL being referred to as a Maryland father and not "human trafficker and wife beater" As though all of the court documentation and confidential informant testimony are irrelevant because he was never charged with anything. I think common sense dictates that you can commit heinous crimes but not be formally charged/caught...doesn't mean you're an upstanding citizen, just means our justice system has failed to catch you.
