There's no need to waste money on that, I made my own cutting board from a single piece of wood when I was a kid, and 20 years later it still works, although it needs resurfacing because it became concave 😂

In my kitchen, I have a stack of 1/2”x12”x18” teakhouse boards and a nice edgegrain walnut board that is my main board. Honestly, having a stack of usable boards around is so nice.

I don't like boards with blood-grooves when they are meant for daily use and not just for cutting meat etc. worse to clean, and food gets stuck. better without, for daily use.
