@ayline.ea: ROASTED TOMATO PASTA 🍝 Creamy, flavorful & so easy to make✨ ⭐️Ingredients: • 500g cherry tomatoes • 250g ricotta • 50g parmesan grated • 3 garlic cloves • 1 tbsp tomato paste • 1 glass pasta water • Olive oil, salt, pepper, chili flakes • 300-400g pasta Instructions: 1. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and roast at 225°C for 30-40 min. 2. Blend with garlic, ricotta, parmesan, tomato paste, olive oil & pasta water. 3. Pour the sauce into a pan, season with salt & pepper. 4. Add cooked pasta and mix well. 5. Top with chili flakes.
