been on vyavnse forever. switched me to adderall once, felt HORRIBLE and it caused my whole body to go numb and now permanent panic attacks. I’m perplexed how they’re the same 🤣

I’m on Vyvanse I’m on month 3 started 20mg I was sooo tired crashing! Upped to 40mg was fine for a month. 2nd month taking it now, my pulse gets to 120-140 and I get super talkative! I feel like I metabolize it too fast idk:( I don’t drink caffeine either but the tachycardia is awful…I don’t want to stop it though. I’m gng to talk to my dr to see what he thinks

Not to be pedantic but the chirality of amphetamine does play a significant role in its effects. Dexamphetamine is considered less addictive than regular amphetamine because it is less euphoric
