Plastic surgery won’t liberate women as a whole-but on an individual level surgery makes our experience under patriarchy easier. So to me it’s morally neutral, but it still makes me sad for us all.

I just don’t think plastic surgery is ever feminist. It’s a choice that each person can make. I think in a perfect feminist world, no one would feel the need for plastic surgery but no one should be demonised for making a choice about their appearance
