You need to exfoliate and hydrate asap. You have oily skin so get an AHA exfoliator(no physical beads, Murad have a good one), while your face is still wet, use a good hyaluronic acid (pestle&mortar)

Right. Start by drinking water. Lots of water. Bin your foundation. Before you put anything on prep your skin with hyalauronix acid and moisturiser. Only powder your tzone.
