Looks amazing! I prefer river rock to mulch. I’ve seen on really hot days that mulch can start to smoulder and I really only want to live through a wild fire once.

I've done this for years at my work we have tons of cardboard boxes so I bring them home and recycle them I make new flower beds. I gotta stop it cause I'm running out of room! 😂

So HATE LANDSCAPE FABRIC. Cardboard is the answer, saying this I have read in some places it can encourage termites… where I live they aren’t an issue so idk
