But even after you do that, if you opened up your dryer, there is a ton more inside the dryer itself. Also, there's a ton more that could catch fire in your ductwork too.

I have the same washer and dryer. They’re awful! We had to replace the heating element and I was blown away at how much lint was inside and exposed to the heating element. I use my cleaning tool like this all the time!

I bought that a few years ago and now I clean the dryer, monthly. You also need to go to the other end of the vent, and clean it. Mine vents outside . Also move the dryer and clean the aluminum tube

I just changed my belt and wheels this weekend and had to take the whole thing apart..the lint on the bottom was so much! Scary to think of all the house fires because people don’t clean this stuff

Pull your dryer out and take off the back panel and vacuum it out back there cause you’ll be amazed how much is in there and then your dryer should be good to go for a

I disconnect the flex hose inside and put the leaf blower on there and blow the rest outside
