@chacekitchen: Steak Salad Sundays Part 60: Taco steak salad with jalapeño ranch and dry aged rib eye 🌶️🥩 For the salad: Romaine, chopped Sliced steak (using dry aged rib eye from @Pat LaFrieda) Sauteéd onions and bell peppers, seasoned with taco seasoning Corn salad Cilantro Sliced avocado Crispy jalapeños Cotija cheese Jalapeño ranch Jalapeño ranch: ¼ cup mayo ⅓ cup greek yogurt 1 tsp buttermilk Handful of dill Handful of chives Handful of cilantro 1 jalapeño (taste and adjust per personal preference) 2 cloves garlic Juice ½ lemon Hot sauce, as desired Salt and pepper, to taste Additional buttermilk (if needed) Method: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until mixed. You can also use an immersion blender. I like to taste test and add in additional buttermilk as needed to get to desired consistency.
