that example prime used is not real sernario, yall doing that cuz you know when to break. you take a random kid, have him back paddle until you randomly say break , 9-10 times he’ll T step.

I mean at my school we use to call it a “t step” but now we call it a “v step” and what I was told u get out your break faster/get out hard and it help to prevent injury like your achilles tendinitis

T step was made for the grass look at the history of the T step it was used because back In The day ,they played in grass and when It got muddy to create traction to get out your break they used it
