@themotivationalveteran: 𝗗𝗨𝗜𝗜 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝗷𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁: At approximately 1:44 a.m. this morning, Medford Police and Medford Fire responded to a serious crash at the intersection of Stewart Avenue and Maple Grove Drive. Upon arrival, officers located a vehicle with three occupants involved in a suspected DUII crash. A male passenger sustained serious leg injuries and required extraction from the vehicle. He is expected to be transported to Portland for further treatment. A female passenger received what is believed to be minor injuries. Due to the severity of the crash, the Serious Traffic Accident Reconstruction (STAR) Team was activated to assist with the investigation. The driver, 29-year-old Alberto Perez De Gaona, was arrested and lodged at the Jackson County Jail on the following charges: Assault II, Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII), Reckless Endangering x2 and Reckless Driving.
