So it’s no surprise 🤷🏼‍♀️ that beyond being a starseed, an indigo soul & an old soul, I’ve attempting to save the world 🌎 an infinite amount of time in this lifetime. ❤️‍🩹 However, I’ve come to realize in most recent times — which is a BIG PILL for me to SWALLOW is that…🫢💊 👉🏼 I don’t actually ‘NEED’ to know EVERYTHING that’s happening in the world 24/7. ❌ 💭 I used to believe that I do because if I knew more, I can control more and save more people like I was a hero in a Hollywood film 🎥 And what I’ve come to realize is that that’s the key 🔑 recipe for living a life of anxiety 😦 and in survival mode, always in fear, worry and doubt. (A low vibrational state) ‼️ So these last few months/weeks I’ve unfollowed endless accounts on here — Anything to do with the news and world events. 👋🏼 I’ve muted endless accounts stories & posts. 🔇 Anything I felt was disrupting my nervous system and sending me towards panic, survival mode and investigator duty 🕵️‍♀️ had to go.
