Setting the pulley to a high position and using an overhand (pronated) grip for cable triceps pushdowns activates all three heads of the triceps, with greater emphasis on the lateral head. Switching to an underhand (supinated) grip works slightly more of the medial head. To better target the long head, lower the pulley to chest height, face away from the machine, and perform overhead triceps extensions—this position places the long head under a greater stretch, enhancing its engagement. the reverse grip is just detrimental seeing as all heads are worked in the normal grip while not having your grip strength as a limiting factor

changing your grip doesn't affect which head of the triceps is being engaged. upper arm movement does. extensions will always hit more long head

Supinated grip….it is no different than pronated grip. It is even worse becase you are not able to lift as much as in pronation. Tricep is nit connected to wrists😀
