I'm 50 and ADHD wasn't even known or at least acknowledged. I could have been more successful in school if it was addressed. I was just considered "high strung" and an "airhead"

my hs APUSH teacher would talk about his ADHD & when he’d lose his focus or forget something he’d be like “squirrels 😒🙄 “ and it did absolutely give him credit to me
