@etherealartiste: One of the scariest things as an artist is realizing the thing you love the most can be taken from you in an instant. Not knowing WHEN my wrist was going to feel better again was the most frustrating thing to cope with. I beat myself up for not taking more advantage of the time I had when my wrist WAS feeling okay. There were so many days and nights of hopelessness, and feeling like I'd be stuck this way. I had dozens of orders waiting to be shipped, and dozens of emails kindly wondering about their order. It was stressful that there wasn't anything I could do about it. But you guys showed me the most grace, support, and kindness l've ever experienced. You all assured me it was okay and to take my time to heal, and it lifted the biggest weight on my shoulders (as a people pleaser, and a small business). I thank you all for this. — And as time went on, slowly my wrist healed more and more. I still don't have my full strength back, but it's a reminder to be easy on myself.
