Give techs 20%-40% of the labor rate and there won’t be a shortage. Most of us barely making 15% and wonder why no one wanna do it anymore. Greedy owners.

I asked for a pay rise got offered 20c /hr, resigned 2 days later to go get $5 an hour more, the manager of the 20c place asked to talk about it, I just said no thanks.
