Do everything you can to keep your natural tooth. I’d recommend trying to see a periodontist if you’re already paying private. I had a root canal on my front tooth done by a periodontist

I've had a few teeth removed when they've had an abcess in the exact same place as you the hole shrinks and you won't notice the gap but sometimes just having it out takes away the problems xx

Just on a little positive note to help take your worry away. Trying to save the tooth is always the best choice. And even in the worst case scenario, you have it out and your worried about the gap.

if you have it out your other teeth that are crossed will move over time I was the same had same tooth out worried be big gap but you can't see it gaps home smaller as my other teeth moved

If your long term plan is to have braces then having that tooth out wouldn’t be an issue because your teeth look over crowded so they would have to remove teeth to make the others straight and inline

It’s crazy they are making you wait till Thursday. Tooth infection is so bad. It can go into your blood stream quickly

I honestly think you should get the tooth out then you can heal! And maybe start Invisalign?? to move your teeth so the hole won’t be as noticeable 🥰🥰

just have it out love, 2 route canals failed here and had to have my 3 back teeth out after weeks of agony. antibiotics never cleared the infection properly ❤️

Get it pulled out then a brace as you will then have room for the front ones to go into place. Your top are fine 😁 x

If you’re considering traditional braces, they usually remove premolars or other teeth if there is overcrowding of the teeth to give them room to move. The gap would close if you got it taken out xx

They did that to me same tooth, I ended up going private dentist did X-ray fount abscess and I just asked him to pull it out which he did and then he removed abscess and packed socket for me.

1) do not listen to anyone who tells u to take it out. I have one of the best Orthodontist that has done all my children's teeth & dentist,they say always save ur teeth

Hi lovely, I had similar problem. Good advice I got was to look up someone who specialises in root canals as sometimes they work sometimes they don’t so go with the best you can find x
