my husband was probie in Feb when purged (IRS). since then he's hit his one year mark (on paid admin leave). he's also received a significant pay increase and GS bump. does he have extra protection?

The ironic part is my WG series is exempt from the buyouts because I'm "critical" but I was there for less than a year so I was fired, then rehired, and not eligible for the DRP2 because I'm critical.
