I’m a chemist and I wouldn’t worry about this because HA products are mostly water. Pure sodium hyaluronate is a powder.

I use the Ordinary hylauronic daily only in the AM, and it's the final step in my serum routine, niacinamide first as recommended and finish with moisturizer. I rarely even wear foundation at 45.

My fav use is to mix a few drops into my Cetaphil which turns it basically into a serum. Makes the skin super glowy for no makeup days.

Best moisture for me is HA on and then take a steamy bath. Then slap on a squalene or oil of choice after. Next level moisture locked in. Thoughts?

You really can't get that much HA over the counter tho, they just market it as a clinical looking brand
