Rascals are my favorite! We don’t have a Costco near us so I’ve never used Kirkland. I love the price of rascals also lol

Kimberly Clark is the brand that makes Huggies, but they opted to not renew their third party contract in order to "focus on their contemporary brands". So yes, the Kirkland brand has changed.😔

Kimberly Clark is a brand they make Huggies and bunch of popular other brands. If you like the Velcro shoot for the huggie movers or snugglers, the snug and dry doesn’t have the Velcro.
