I’ve had this bag for over a year and travel frequently with it. I love the strap which allows me to wheel it around on my suitcase. It fits a lot of stuff, including my MacBook & water bottle. Yes it gets heavy but that happens when you fill a bag with lots of things 🤷♀️The straps are comfortable to carry. The only thing I haven’t figured out is how to wash it cos I have the cream colour and it’s a little dirty now. Overall I love it and it’s well worth it.

It use to be my daily work bag. It does fit everything you need for the day but it becomes so heavy!! Unfortunately I can’t use it anymore, it was causing a lot of pain.

Terrible quality and customer service. Had my work tote for all of 6 weeks before it started peeling. Went through so many people and followed up multiple times only to finally have it deemed wear and tear with nothing that could be done.
