@nxflc: My sourdough recipe ❤️: 350g of water 100g of starter 500g of flour ( i‘m using 100% canadian very strong white bread flour) 10g of salt Do 4 sets of coil folds every 30 minutes Bulk ferment for however long it takes - until the dough is light and puffy Next morning/baking day: Preheat your dutch oven to 230C for 30 min Bake for 30 min with the lid on, then 10 min without Wait as long (or as little) as you want, then enjoy your beautiful sourdough! ❤️ #sourdough #loaf #baking #success #fy #sourdoughstarter #sourdoughscoring #Recipe #CapCut
