Add the remaining veggies. Once cooked, season with pepper, soy sauce and vinegar. Use two rice papers for each roll. Add the filling, sprinkle sesame seeds on top, and brush with a bit of olive oil. Place in the air fryer at 200°C for about 15 minutes — keep checking, we want them crispy! You can also fry them in a bit of oil if preferred. 🇧🇷 - papel de arroz - ½ alho-poró, cebolinha, 1 cenoura, 5 cogumelos, 2 mãos de espinafre - 100g de tofu - pimenta, shoyu e vinagre - mix de gergelim Com um fio de azeite, refogue o alho-poró e a cebolinha. Depois acrescente os demais vegetais. Assim que estiverem cozidos, tempere com pimenta, shoyu e vinagre. Use dois papéis de arroz por rolinho. Adicione o recheio, salpique o mix de gergelim por cima e pincele com um pouco de azeite. Coloque na air fryer a 200°C por cerca de 15 minutos — fique de olho, queremos bem crocante!
