Magnaflux the engine block for cracks and porosity. It could be a dud block and maybe get another one just in case there’s a warranty claim on this one.

yes absolutely this are castings holes gases stuck inside aluminium alloy. not completely clean material. 99% probably this holes are all around in the engine
