From Hunchback to Powerful Posture This is how I built a new posture and gained 2 inches along the way, (in my 30s!) It's called the Height Maximus Method 💯, it is a complete Healthy Back System.   Step 1: Deconstruct tensions and any limitations getting in the way of healthy, basic function & mobility.  Step 2: Master the breath. Understand its path through our body.
