I’m struggling! In two months I’m down 7.5 lbs.. I walk, lift weights, eat under my calories.. I think I’m broken. 😩

I’m 51 and 5‘1 my maintenance is 1800 and I habe been eating 1700 and lost and still loosing very slowly which works for me..l walk 20000k steps and lift 4 days a week to to have that calorie intake

Once I started adding a bunch of veggies and using cottage cheese as a "dip" for them to every meal, I finally was able to stop snacking and feeling like my stomach was empty all day.

Same! I like protein bars but they don’t keep me full. They aren’t worth the calories in my opinion. I too am a volume eater!

im like this...I can't graze nothing. I need to sit down and eat a MEAL. it needs to be big and look rich and I eat till the salad bowl is empty. two meals a day

I’ve gotta find the motivation for movement. I’m on GLP1 so sometimes I don’t even WANT to eat so protein bars are my lifesaver to hit my protein. Asthma/arthritis don’t help 🙈

I started focusing on movement and just logging my calories. My base goal (which is a deficit) is 1800, and I'm focusing on 10k steps a day, and low weight high reps while I watch TV
