There’s so much to learn! Clouds servers etc are all big hot computers in a big room that needs tons of A/C cooling to keep it safe. That’s why you store dupes on different clouds.

Most active ai users are now swapping to using locally hosted models making it so it’s no longer “bad” it takes less personal energy then it does sitting in an ai server

getting an electric car is also terrible for the environment but no one is ready for that conversation so keep using your ai for stuff you don’t want to ask a human for help with, it’s ok 😭

most data centers are required to have their own water systems and recycle it because it's not being used for consumption. they also use ecological heating/cooling systems. at least in Ohio.
