I have an app with an alarm. When the alarm goes off, I either take my medication and check it off, push forward the time, or hit skip. It tracks whenever I've skipped.

I just got one of those because the other day I HAD THE PILL BOTTLE IN MY HAND and couldn’t remember if i had just taken them or not 🤦♀️

when filling meds organizer put a large towel under your chair so in case you drop a pill you can see it easier and it is less likely to bounce off hardwood or vinyl floor.
