By popular request because loads of you have been messaging…here’s the air fryer paneer kebabs as featured from my appearance on Shop Smart Save Money a couple weeks ago🙌 dirt cheap to make and a nice little veggie alternative for you to switch up your kebab game 🔥 Was lucky enough to get to try out the Ninja Woodfire (I’ll let ya know my thoughts on that in a bit). These will work in absolutely any air fryer though… 200c for 8 minutes…so don’t think you gotta go out and spend a load of money on one of them because they ain’t exactly cheap… I used peppers & onions to pair with the paneer, but courgettes and tomatoes would work well also! just as simple as dashing everything into a bowl, season, skewer and cook… & they really do taste the real deal 😮‍💨🔥 bit of mint yogurt & chilli sauce to finish and you’ve got the perfect bite. As for the Ninja Woodfire, here’s the Mealsbymitch verdict just in case you’re thinking about buying one; really liked the smoker function, the food actually tasted like it had been on a charcoal BBQ. It also had a griddle / grill function that was pretty cool too, which paired with the smoker function gave a pretty authentic BBQ tasting bit of grub which I rated 🔥 it’s incredibly simple to use too, not overwhelming for any technology dinosaurs! Negatives for me is the fact that there’s not enough space in or on it sadly… I’ve got a big family and it just doesn’t cut the mustard when cooking for a crowd. If there’s only a few of you though you could probably make it work. Also you have to of course plug the thing in, so if you haven’t got any power outlets outside then you’ll find yourself dragging the extension lead outside to use it… at that point ya might as well take your existing air fryer outside if it’s a nice day 😂 Would it ever replace my outdoor grill or BBQ? No unfortunately not, mainly just down to the space as I wanna be cooking up my wings, burgers, corn on the cob, pork chops & chicken tikka all at the same time… don’t wanna be fannying about cooking it in batches.
