The song "Naiilang by: Le John" is about falling for your best friend unexpectedly. And is fearing of loosing that person just because of a simple fact that you are inlove with your best friend. The fear of loosing that friendship. And the line "Naiilang ka ba pag tayo lang dalawa?" Is the proof that you lost your relationship with each other. It's like being strangers again. So "Kasalanan bang mahulog sayo" means explaining that you didn't intentionally fall for your best friend by the word "kasalanan" explains it all and that you like want to say it was a mistake just so you won't lose your friendship.
