Your using reparable brands, it may be operator error or you mowing a lot of un even terrain or heavy debrie. Also all mowers sound different no standard way there supposed to sound with running. GL

It seems like there is no perfect mower every mower has there own problems when it comes out of the dealership. Good thing they have warranty.
