Travelers traded free checked bags for other amenities SWA was lacking. Now there isn’t a need to use SWA so frequently if you aren’t really getting anything special out of them. I recently was shopping flights and prices are VERY comparable with most airlines. Do your research y’all.

OPENSECRETS: SWA donated primarily to REPUBLICANS like Trump and Ted Cruz. I WILL NEVER FLY THEM. they overbooked my flight and sold my seat twice- then left the gate early so I could not get on my flight without compensation. TERRIBLE AIRLINE.
