What are the symptoms that make you decide a hospital visit is needed? I dealt with this in January with my mom but the er visit was initially for something else. 13 hours altogether!

Going through this with my Dad. Catheter is causing UTIs then sepsis. Hospital stay . Now another UTI. He can’t urinate without it . It’s such a battle.
